“OFF TO YUNNAN!” – is a youth expedition project to Yunan, China that celebrates the spirit of youth, who have dedicated themselves through volunteering, for the service of other communities abroad. It evokes a youth’s adventurous pursuit for personal growth and development. The various elements found within the logo depicts the objectives as well as the aims of this expediction.
What about the signboard?
The signboard describes the place of interest: Yunan, a province of the People's Republic of China, located in the far southwest of the country. The background of the signboard briefly illustrates the natural environment of Yunan, that is largely surrounded by scenic views of mountains. As we will be going to a muslim village, the silhouette of a mosque is apt in symbolising the islamic values that the villagers embody. The tag line: BREAKING HABITS, CHANGING LIVES outlines one of our core objectives that is to educate the villagers in the aspects of healthcare. It is in our hope that new lifestyles and improvements will be made through our actions and influence.
Why the signboard?
It is to express our direction and vision for this youth expedition project as we embark into this adventurous journey of service.
