CRUNCH TIME: exam preparations are never fun. sometimes, i'm really hoping that the results would match the effort of EVERY individual. urgh. it can be really demoralising to have people who don't even give the least bit of attention and preparation to certain tests AND still manage to do well in the end. it questions my level of intelligence and my method of studying. why can't i be them? - don't study and still have the gift of the slacker's luck.
anyway, the past week or so have been dedicated to salvaging whatever marks there are to be included in my final grade. for instance, participating in the IVLE Forum for Visualisation of 3D structures. I have been procrastinating because i do not want to be among those who will take the liberty of copying a fraction of wikipedia's information, and concluding it as theirs. neither do i want to be among those who would ask questions that could actually be found in the lecture notes. i believe the forum is meant to generate discussions that would value-add your understanding and interest of the module. oh wells, i've done it anyway; posting issues like : challenges of the 21st century for the build industry, the objective of green roofs as part of sustainability in building performance and the discussion of aesthetics VS functionality of structures.
okay, gotta get back to my work. statistics, econs and geography.
you may have won the small battles, but i'm determined to win the war!
